C.R.E.A.T.E. CONSORZIO DI RICERCA PER L'ENERGIA E LE APPLICAZIONI TECHNOLOGICHE DELL'ELETTROMAGNETISMO

Consorzio C.R.E.A.T.E. (CREATE) www.create.unina.it is a non-profit research organisation whose partnership includes University of Naples Federico II, Second University of Naples, University of Cassino, University of Reggio Calabria and Ansaldo Ricerche. Since 15 years is active a collaboration with PRISMA Lab (Projects of Industrial and Service Robotics Mechatronics and Automation) www.prisma.unina.it. The PRISMA Lab is committed since 30 years to pursuing research in robotics and automation, and is internationally recognized in the community for their achievements on force control, visual servoing, redundant manipulators, lightweight flexible arms, dynamic parameter identification, novel actuation and sensing, dual-arm/hand manipulation, mobile multi-robot systems, aerial robotics, human–robot interaction, assistive robotics, service robotics, discrete-event systems, cognitive robotics, human-robot interaction, autonomous robots, and supervisory control.

CREATE will be leader of WP4 and will be responsible for the saliency map generation, bottom up executive attention, divided-attention, top-down/bottom-up attentional mechanisms to coordinate deliberative and reactive behaviors, and supervisory attentional systems. Moreover, CREATE will be involved in designing the coordinated feedback control of a team composed of heterogeneous robots, in a cooperative task, and in studying visual feedback control laws for aerial robots. Finally, a contribution in the development of the distributed wireless communication system will be provided.
